SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
Janvil ships orders via UPS. Shipping and Handling charges are based on UPS shipping carrier rate charges according to the package weight and destination.
UPS GROUND SHIPPING:
UPS shipping charges are based on current UPS rate costs. UPS Ground can not ship to PO Boxes, APO's or outside of the USA. Ground shipment orders may take 1-2 business days to be processed before shipping. Please refer to the map for an estimate of how many business days UPS will need to deliver your order.
UPS 2 Day Shipping:
UPS 2 DAY Shipping charges are based on current UPS rate costs. Janvil will not ship via UPS 2nd Day service to PO Boxes, APO's or anywhere outside of the USA. UPS 2nd DAY shipping orders must be received by 11:00am Eastern time, Monday – Thursday, in order to be shipped the same day unless otherwise noted. UPS does not consider the day of pick up or weekend days and holidays as part of the 2nd day shipping service time guarantee. UPS expedited shipping will not be available on days the Janvil Customer service phone support is closed. (I.e. Holidays or plant shut down times). During these times, these orders will be shipped on the day that Janvil Customer Service reopens. For more on UPS 2nd day service, go to UPS.com. Janvil makes no guarantees or warranties that items will be delivered within two business days when Second Day shipping option is requested.
Janvil restricts the option for UPS 2 day shipping if UPS ground service is able to deliver packages in the same two business day period. Orders from the following sates are 2 day shipping via ground (AL, AR, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, KY, IN, LA, MI, MD, MO, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA, WI & WV). |
